An AAA+-rated CZ stone will surpass a lower grade piece in symmetry, luster, and shine. 
The AAA+ rating is the most popular grade for high-quality fashion jewelry.

AAA+ – “AAA+” grade is assigned to a gemstone that is considered to “being near perfect.” Gemstone grading is assigned by letter. AAA+ is the highest grade while D is the lowest.
